ABOUT
ME

20 Years in the Fog

I didn’t need terms like executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, or maladaptive daydreaming to know that my brain often felt chaotic, distracted, and overwhelming. I experienced the thrill of starting new projects, the frustration of leaving them unfinished, and the shame of seeing ideas die on a hard drive because I couldn’t find the energy to do the last 10%.

During that time, I hustled across creative fields—earning a Master’s in Film & TV, working on film sets, building photography projects, and running side businesses—all while chasing the next dopamine hit.

I spent those 20 years building a bridge.

I became a Prop Maker because I thought the hands-on, creative side of the work would keep me focused. But I quickly discovered that the repetitive, “boring” 80% of the job—the necessary but unexciting tasks—were draining me. It led to depression, burnout, and the constant urge to drop everything and run. This experience taught me firsthand how ADHD can make even a dream job feel impossible to sustain without the right systems and support.

I devoured philosophy and psychology books—not for theory, but to figure out how to make my brain work for me, instead of against me. Through trial and error, I learned what really works for ADHD creatives: systems that support focus, accountability, and completion.

I’m now a Certified ADHD Coach, combining my lived experience with practical tools to help others. I focus on guiding creatives, freelancers, and neurodivergent professionals to find structure, finish projects, and harness their unique strengths—without the shame, overwhelm, or burnout.

Many people in the UK can access coaching and support through the Access to Work grant, and I help navigate how coaching and productivity tools can fit into that system.

I’m not here to hand out generic productivity hacks. I’m here because I’ve been through the madness myself, built the systems that work, and now help others do the same—so they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m here to help YOU, so you don’t have to do it alone.
