Welcome to Ninefold Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our coaching services, or buying our physical/digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Medical and Professional Disclaimer

​

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
As an ADHD and Creative Coach, I provide support, accountability, and tools to help you reach your goals. However, I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or medical doctor.

·       My services do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure ADHD, depression, anxiety, or any other medical or mental health condition.

·       Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. If you are experiencing psychological distress or a medical emergency, you must seek help from a qualified healthcare or medical professional.

3. Accessibility & Reasonable Adjustments

​

We understand that ADHD can impact executive function, communication, and memory. In accordance with the UK Equality Act 2010, we are committed to providing "reasonable adjustments" to make our coaching accessible. If you need adjustments (such as written session summaries, different communication formats, or camera-off sessions), please let us know so we can accommodate you where reasonably possible.

4. Coaching Services and Expectations

​

·       No Guarantees: We provide guidance, frameworks, and support, but your success depends entirely on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through. We make no guarantees regarding specific personal, creative, or financial results.

·       Communication Boundaries: Between scheduled sessions, you may contact us via Email or WhatsApp for brief questions or support. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM UK Time).

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and The "ADHD Grace Policy"

​

We understand that time-blindness and scheduling challenges are core symptoms of ADHD. To support you, we provide an email and text reminder 24 hours before your session. However, to run our business sustainably, we must enforce boundaries around our time:

·       The "ADHD Oops Pass": We understand mistakes happen. Every coaching client is granted ONE "Oops Pass" per coaching package. This allows you to miss or late-cancel one session without penalty, and we will reschedule it for free.

·       Standard Cancellations: Aside from your Oops Pass, we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

·       Late Cancellations & No-Shows: After your Oops Pass is used, any further sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged in full and cannot be made up.

·       Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the above rules apply.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds (Coaching Services)

​

·       Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or the coaching package, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

·       Refunds for Services: Because of the time, energy, and preparation required for coaching, all sales for coaching services are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or for unused sessions within a purchased package.

7. Physical Products and E-Commerce (Online Store)

In the event you purchase physical products (e.g., planners, tools, merchandise) from our site in the future, the following terms apply:

·       Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display colours perfectly.

·       Pricing and Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue products at any time.

·       Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods Only): In accordance with UK law, you have the right to return physical, non-customised goods within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. (Note: This 14-day return policy does not apply to coaching services or instantly downloaded digital files).

8. Intellectual Property

·       Your Creative Work: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any creative work, ideas, writing, or projects you produce during or as a result of our coaching together.

·       Our Coaching Materials: All worksheets, frameworks, videos, text, and materials provided by us are owned by Desislava Todorova. You may use them for your personal growth, but you may not copy, share, reproduce, or sell our materials to anyone else without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

​

A high level of trust is essential to the coaching relationship. Everything discussed during our sessions will be kept strictly confidential.
Exceptions: We are legally and ethically obligated to break confidentiality if:

1.     You disclose an intention to harm yourself or others.

2.     You disclose information regarding the abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult.

3.     We are required to do so by a court of law.

10. Prohibited Uses of Our Website

You are prohibited from using our website or services:

·       For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

·       To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

·       To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate against anyone.

·       To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Ninefold Coaching and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of our website, our products, or our coaching services. Your use of our services is strictly at your own risk.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be removed, but the rest of the Terms and Conditions will remain valid and fully enforceable.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
