Service Description

Structure: 30- 45 min strategy, 330 min body doubling/sorting, 30 min break,15 min wrap-up. Best for: Office, workshops or creative spaces, entire "Doom Rooms" or moving-out prep. You don’t need a cleaner. You know what to do, but you can’t start. And when you finally do, you get lost in the details. You jump to another project, creating a bigger mess, or you get emotional and spend three hours going through childhood albums. Then the dopamine is gone, the panic hits, and you're just... tired. I’ve been there—debating for 30 minutes whether to keep a wooden offcut, only to put it back on the rack for the hundredth time. You don’t need a lecture on ‘tidying up.’ You need an external support. This is why I offer On-Site Body Doubling. I come to your studio, your workshop, or your “doom-room”—not to clean it for you, but to do the work with you. I am the voice that stops the spiral and pulls you out of decision-paralysis so you can finally hit the finish line. We are not aiming for a picture-perfect space. We are creating a space with “The path of least resistance” so you can stop fighting your environment and finally start doing the work you were supposed to do! Additional costs: This will be invoiced after the end of the day. • Base: I am based in Iver (SL0). • Included: Travel within a 30-minute drive of Iver is included in the package price. • Extended Travel: For locations beyond 30 minutes, a flat £30 "Travel Time" fee applies. Waste & Momentum Management • Charity Run: To keep your momentum high, one car-load of items taken to a local charity shop is included per session. • Additional Loads: Extra trips to charity or the local recycling centre (household waste only) are charged at £40 per load. • Furniture & Large Items: Disposal or transport of furniture pieces starts at £30 per item. • Note: I do not handle commercial or hazardous waste. For major clearances, I can help you coordinate a skip or professional removal team. Supplies • Clients are responsible for providing basic sorting supplies (rubbish bags, boxes, labels). If you need me to source specific organisational systems for you, this will be billed as a separate procurement fee.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that time-blindness and scheduling challenges are core symptoms of ADHD. To support you, we provide an email and text reminder 24 hours before your session. However, to run our business sustainably, we must enforce boundaries around our time: • The "ADHD Oops Pass": We understand mistakes happen. Every coaching client is granted ONE "Oops Pass" per coaching package. This allows you to miss or late-cancel one session without penalty, and we will reschedule it for free. • Standard Cancellations: Aside from your Oops Pass, we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: After your Oops Pass is used, any further sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged in full and cannot be made up. • Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the above rules apply. Fees, Payments, and Refunds (Coaching Services) • Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or the coaching package, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. • Refunds for Services: Because of the time, energy, and preparation required for coaching, all sales for coaching services are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or for unused sessions within a purchased package.
