Service Description
Format: 6 x 90-Minute Intensive Sessions (Coaching + Live Body Doubling) Goal: For the creative who is 70% done but has been stuck for 6 months. We don't build the engine; we jump-start it and drive it across the finish line. Week 1: The Obstacle Audit. Immediate emotional regulation and workspace clearing. We find the "leak" in your dopamine. Week 2: The Linear Roadmap. Breaking the remainder of the project into small daily tasks. No more "big picture" thinking. Week 3: Deep Work Immersion. 90 - minute body-doubling sessions. We do the hardest task together. Week 4: The Inner Critic Silence. Overcoming the "perfectionism" that stops the final 10%. Week 5: The Finishing Kick. Final revisions and export. Week 6: Post-Mortem & Momentum. Building the "What's Next" system so you don't crash after the win.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that time-blindness and scheduling challenges are core symptoms of ADHD. To support you, we provide an email and text reminder 24 hours before your session. However, to run our business sustainably, we must enforce boundaries around our time: • The "ADHD Oops Pass": We understand mistakes happen. Every coaching client is granted ONE "Oops Pass" per coaching package. This allows you to miss or late-cancel one session without penalty, and we will reschedule it for free. • Standard Cancellations: Aside from your Oops Pass, we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: After your Oops Pass is used, any further sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged in full and cannot be made up. • Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the above rules apply. Fees, Payments, and Refunds (Coaching Services) • Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or the coaching package, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. • Refunds for Services: Because of the time, energy, and preparation required for coaching, all sales for coaching services are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or for unused sessions within a purchased package.
