Service Description
Format: 12 x 90-Minute Intensive Sessions (Coaching + Live Body Doubling) Goal: To take your stalled, half-finished project and move it across the finish line while building a sustainable creative engine. Phase 1: Priming the Engine (The Internal Game) Week 1: Emotional Regulation & Trigger Mapping. Identify the "Wall of Awful." Learn to manage the frustration and shame that lead to project abandonment. Week 2: Dopamine Hacking & Physical Priming. Master your brain chemistry. Design a "Dopamine Menu" and optimise your physical energy (sleep/nutrition systems) for focus. Week 3: The External Reset (Declutter). Clean your environment to clean your mind. Create a workspace that reduces friction and visual noise. Phase 2: Building the Map (The Strategic Game) Week 4: Killing the Inner Critic. Shifting negative self-talk and dismantling limiting beliefs. Move from "I can't" to "The Director's Mindset." Week 5: The Project Autopsy. Breaking your project down into "micro-missions." Move from a vague vision to a linear, step-by-step roadmap. Week 6: Time Command & Organisation. Implementing "Time Blocking for Makers." Set up your reward systems and gamified tracking tools. Phase 3: The Deep Work Sprint (The Execution Game) Week 7: Body Doubling & Support Systems. The power of the "Witness." Learn how to use community and accountability to stay in the chair. Week 8: Managing the Idea Overload. The "Vomit List." Learn how to capture new ideas without letting them hijack your current mission. Week 9: Revision & Resilience. Building the confidence to face setbacks. How to pivot when things go wrong without throwing the whole project away. Phase 4: Shipping & Sustainability (The Long Game) Week 10: Natural Cycles & Burnout Prevention. Recognising your personal energy rhythms. Learn how to rest without losing momentum. Week 11: The Post-Course Command Centre. Setting up your project management systems for life after the program. How to start the next project correctly. Week 12: The Grand Finale & Celebration. Presentation of progress. Sharing results with the cohort and locking in the "Shipped" identity.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that time-blindness and scheduling challenges are core symptoms of ADHD. To support you, we provide an email and text reminder 24 hours before your session. However, to run our business sustainably, we must enforce boundaries around our time: • The "ADHD Oops Pass": We understand mistakes happen. Every coaching client is granted ONE "Oops Pass" per coaching package. This allows you to miss or late-cancel one session without penalty, and we will reschedule it for free. • Standard Cancellations: Aside from your Oops Pass, we require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: After your Oops Pass is used, any further sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely (no-shows), will be charged in full and cannot be made up. • Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the above rules apply. Fees, Payments, and Refunds (Coaching Services) • Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or the coaching package, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. • Refunds for Services: Because of the time, energy, and preparation required for coaching, all sales for coaching services are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or for unused sessions within a purchased package.
